What is the recovery like?

The skin will appear red, oozy and experience itching with stinging feeling. Oral pain killers can be used to alleviate discomfort. Hydrate the skin regularly to prevent drying 5-7 days after treatment the skin becomes dry and starts to peel, do not pick on the dry scabs The treated area typically heals within 10 days to 3 weeks. Redness may take up to 3 months to dissipate Use plenty of moisturizers.
Is resurfacing permanent?
Resurfacing reduces signs of aging. However, the new skin will also age naturally. Good skincare helps to maintain youthfulness and delay the process of the natural aging

Generally well tolerated. Local anesthesia or numbing cream will prevent any discomfort during the procedure. Prescribed pain killers and medications have to be taken as per instructions during the recovery to minimize discomfort
